About rendering financial assistance in case of realization by state members of the Eurasian Economic Union of joint cooperation projects in industries

For the purpose of realization of Item 1 of Article 20, of the subitem 1 of Item 9 of article 92 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 and Item 3 of the Protocol on industrial cooperation (appendix No. 27 to the specified Agreement) the Supreme Eurasian economic council solved:

1. Determine that:

financial assistance in case of realization by state members of the Eurasian Economic Union of joint cooperation projects in industries (further respectively - financial assistance, state members) is performed in the form of subsidizing of loan interest rates and to the loans issued by the international and national financial organizations which list is determined by Council of the Eurasian economic commission;

in the budget of the Eurasian Economic Union funds for rendering financial assistance in the amount of 10 percent from the total amount of receipts of budgets of state members from the special, anti-dumping and compensatory duties are annually provided in financial year, prior year of approval of the budget of the Eurasian Economic Union.

2. This Decision becomes effective from the effective date the Protocol on introduction of amendments to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 regarding rendering financial assistance in case of realization by state members of the Eurasian Economic Union of joint cooperation projects in industries.
