1. "About features of regulation of liquidity of banks during action of warlike situation" (with changes) to state Item 5-1 of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 to No. 22 in the following edition:
"5-1. The National Bank performs with banks operations on placement of the limited deposit certificates if the cost of the limited deposit certificates (taking into account the submitted application) in property of bank which submits the application for participation in the tender for placement of the limited deposit certificates or performs acquisition of the limited deposit certificates in the interbank market, does not exceed the maximum amount of acquisition of the limited deposit certificates established by National Bank.
