1. In the Regulations on military and administrative activities approved by the Order of the Government No. 77/2001 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2001, Art. No. 14-15, 113), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

The subitem of f-1) of Item 17 to state 1) in the following edition:

"f-1) keep in the subordinated territories account of the public organizations and economic agents owning requisition property and also public organizations in which persons liable for call-up citizens, according to appendix No. 5 work;";

Item 19 to state 2) in the following edition:

"19. Military account of citizens is kept by the military centers and Items of set, registration and completing on the basis of the data obtained from the territories and through interoperability platform. The ministries and other central administrative authorities (including the organizational structures which are in the field of their competence), and also public organizations provide observance of provisions of the current legislation on military accounting of the employees, including:

2) are annually constituted and represent to the military centers, on their request, lists of names of the young men who are subject to acceptance on military accounting;

3) check observance by recruits and reservists of rules of military accounting and in case of need take adequate measures;
