1. in Rules of meteorological ensuring the civil aviation approved by the specified order:

"38) the advisory center for volcanic ash (VAAC) - the meteorological center appointed according to the regional aeronautical agreement for provision of advisory information to bodies of meteorological tracking, district dispatch centers, the centers of flight information, world centers of zone forecasts and international banks of data OPMET of rather horizontal and vertical capacity and the predicted movement of volcanic ash in the atmosphere;";

add Item 3 with subitem 69-1) of the following content:
