DECISION OF THE COMMISSION ON REGULATION OF GAMBLINGS AND LOTTERIES OF UKRAINE

About accounting of the notes stated by body of state registration to the decision of the Commission on regulation of gamblings and lotteries of August 10, 2023 No. 160

According to the paragraph of the eleventh Item 13 of the Regulations on state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries, other executive bodies approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 1992 No. 731, the Commission on regulation of gamblings and lotteries SOLVED:

1. Bring in the decision of the Commission on regulation of gamblings and lotteries of August 10, 2023 No. 160 "About ensuring realization of sectoral economic and other rationing arrangements (sanctions) against financial institutions of the Russian Federation", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 29, 2023 at No. 1508/40564, the following changes:

1) in preamble:

words and figures of "laws", "resolution", "89" shall be replaced with words also in figures of "Laws", "Resolution", "89," respectively;

words and figures" (with changes), in pursuance of item 4 of the Plan of the organization of execution of the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine of February 22, 2023 "About application of sectoral special economic and other rationing measures (sanctions) against financial institutions of the Russian Federation", No. 89 enacted by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of February 22, 2023 and the No. 2924-IX approved by the resolution of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of February 23, 2023 approved at cabinet meeting of Ukraine on February 28, 2023 (25)" to exclude the protocol No.;

2) Item 1 in paragraph one:

shall be replaced with words the words "resident managing", "registered / shall" "managing - to residents", "registered / having" respectively;
