Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the state notariate" of April 16, 2012 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2012, No. 4, Art. 260; 2013, No. 6, Art. 408; 2017, No. 5, h 1, Art. 295; 2019, No. 6, Art. 317; 2021, No. 6, the Art. 388, 2022, No. 6, the Art. 345) the following changes and amendments:

1. In Article 22:
