Article 1. Bring in Article 64 of the Code of civil procedure of the Republic of Tajikistan accepted by the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of January 5, 2008 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2008, No. 1, h 1, the Art. 6, Art. 7; 2010, No. 1, Art. 6; 2012, No. 7, Art. 721; 2014, No. 7, h 1, Art. 388, No. 12, Art. 821; 2015, No. 11, Art. 953; 2016, No. 5, Art. 360; 2018, No. 1, Art. 6; 2019, No. 1, Art. 6, No. 6, Art. 314; 2020, No. 7-9, of Art. 603; 2021, No. 12, h 2, Art. 691; 2022, Art. No. 1-3, 6, Art. 7, No. 7, Art. 440, No. 12, h 2, Art. 770), following changes and amendment:

- regarding 2 words to "the considered civil case" and "another civil case" respectively shall be replaced with words to "the considered civil and family cases, cases on administrative offenses" and "another civil and family matters";

- regarding 3 words "court verdict" shall be replaced with words "court resolution";

- add with part 3 following of content:

"3. The court resolution which took legal effect on earlier considered economic case is obligatory for the court of law considering civil and family cases on the circumstances established by court resolution of economic court is not proved again and is not subject to contest by consideration of another matter in which the same persons participate.".

- respectively to consider parts 3 and 4 parts 4 and 5.
