About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About fire safety"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About fire safety" of March 20, 2008 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2008, No. 3, Art. 184; 2010, No. 12, h 1, Art. 808) following changes and amendments:

1. In Article 1:

- in paragraph eleven the word "information" shall be replaced with words "information and social networks";

- in the paragraph the fourteenth the words "fire and technical products-special technical products" shall be replaced with words "fire technical equipment - special technical equipment";

- in the paragraph the fifteenth to replace sign of point with sign of semicolon (;) and to add with paragraphs the sixteenth and seventeenth the following content:

"-subjects to mass accommodation of people - shopping centers, Items of consumer, sports, cultural, entertaining services, religious institutions, parking of all modes of transport and the building of healthcare institutions, education, and also hotel and construction for temporary stay of people;

- the organization of fire extinguishing - complex of the operational and tactical and technical actions (except for measures for providing primary measures of fire safety) directed to rescuing of people and property from the fire and its suppression.".

2. The paragraph third articles 3 after the word of "fire" to add with the words "organization of fire extinguishing".

3. In the paragraph the second sign of point to replace article 8 parts two with sign of semicolon (;) and to add with the paragraph third the following content:

"-rescuing of people and their property in case of fire.".
