The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - Item z-14) of article 20 of the Tax Code No. 1163/1997 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, special release of February 8, 2007), with subsequent changes to state in the following edition:

"z-14) income gained in the form of the remuneration paid for the work performed during the selective period including in the election day, to the employee of the selective sphere working in county electoral councils, local electoral bureaus and offices of these councils and bureau who are not exempted from execution of service duties or are not involved;".

Art. II. - Appendix 3 to the Law on the state system of social insurance No. 489/1999 (2000, Art. No. 1-4, 2), with subsequent changes, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with Item 43) of the following content:

"43) the remuneration paid for the work performed during the selective period including in the election day, to the employee of the selective sphere working in county electoral councils, local electoral bureaus and offices of these councils and bureau who are not exempted from execution of service duties or are not involved.".

Art. III. - This law becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
