1. Appendix to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 14, 2022 No. 80 "About confirmation of production of industrial output in the territory of the Republic of Belarus" after line item

"27.20.23.850

accumulators are electric other, not included in other groups

fixing to the legal entity of state member of EEU of the rights to design and technical documentation in the amount sufficient for production, upgrades and developments of the corresponding products, for the term of at least 5 years

use of components from the third countries in case of production since January 1, 2021 – no more than 20 percent from products price on condition of accounting only of the following components (in the presence) 1:

electrolytes

chemical components and reactants

polymers

electrodes

separators

metal parts and conductor cables

accomplishment in the territory of the Republic of Belarus since January 1, 2021 at least 4 of the following technological transactions:

production or use of the active masses made in the territory of state members of EEU

production or use of the electrodes made in the territory of state members of EEU

assembly of the block of electrodes

assembly of the accumulator

accumulator training"
