About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About social servicing"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About social servicing" of January 5, 2008 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2008, No. 1, part 2, the Art. 24) the following changes and amendments:

1. The fifth Article 2 to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"receivers of social services - the citizen or group of citizens who need social servicing and it social services are provided;".

2. The name of Chapter 2 after the word of "right" to add with the words "and obligations".

3. Add with Article 10 (1) the following content:

"Article 10 (1). Obligations of citizens in the field of social servicing

Citizens in the field of social servicing have the following obligations:

- provision of complete and reliable information for determination of the right to social servicing;

- observance of regulations in organizations of social servicing;

- complete and timely payment of paid social services;

- the due notice of social services about any situation which can lead to change of conditions, procedure or the termination of rendering social services;

- respect for social service providers;

- accomplishment of other obligations according to the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan.".

4. To state the name of Chapter 3 in the following edition:

"Chapter 3. Social servicing and social services".

5. Add Article 17 with parts 4 and 5 of the following content:

"4. Urgent one-time social services are provided to the citizens who appeared in the difficult life situation threatening their life and health without demanding from them any obligations.
