In pursuance of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of July 6, 2020 the No. UP-6019 "About Additional Measures for Further Development of Competitive Environment and Reducing the State Participation in Economy" DECIDES: Cabinet of Ministers

1. Approve Regulations on procedure for receipt of prior consent of antimonopoly authority during creation (reorganization) of business entities with participation of the state and their affiliates, and also public institutions, authorized to perform economic activity, according to appendix No. 1*.

2. Determine that prior consent of the Antimonopoly Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan is received in the following cases:

during creation of business entities with participation of the state, and also their affiliates or public institutions, authorized to perform economic activity;

by reorganization (merge, accession, separation, allocation, transformation) of business entities with participation of the state, and also their affiliates or public institutions, authorized to perform economic activity;

when obtaining by state bodies, executive bodies on places, business entities with participation of the state, and also their affiliates of shares (shares) in authorized capital (authorized capital) of business entities;

in case of change of type of activity of business entities with participation of the state, and also their affiliates or public institutions, authorized to perform economic activity.
