1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Procedure for forming and use of Stabilization fund of the Kyrgyz Republic" of March 4, 2022 No. 70 the following change:
according to the procedure of forming and use of Stabilization fund of the Kyrgyz Republic, approved by the above-named Decree:
- state Item 22-1 in the following edition:
"22-1. Decisions on financing of the actions aimed at providing national security, strengthening of defense capability of the republic, including at improvement of economic and social situation of the population are accepted by the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.".
2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of official publication.
