About modification of some regulations

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on the status of the local elected person No. 768/2000 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2000, No. 34, of the Art. 231), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. In Article 5:

in part (8):

in the prolog of the word "stop ahead of schedule" stop shall be replaced with words "ahead of schedule by right";

Art. II. - In the Law on local public authority No. 436/2006 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, Art. No. 32-35, 116), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. State Article 12 in the following edition:

"Article 12. Status of the local elected person

Legal status and the organization of activities of persons, elected to local authorities of the public power, including autonomous territorial education with special legal status, are determined by the Law on the status of the local elected person No. 768/2000 and the Law on the status of persons who are taking up responsible state positions, No. 199/2010.".

2. In Article 28:

to add the name of Article after the word "termination" with the words "by right";

part (to add 1) after the word "terminations" with the words "by right";
