About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 30, 2021 No. 162
According to Articles 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", Articles 44, 66 Laws of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", for the purpose of regulation of activities of banks of Ukraine the board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:
1. 2, 3 Items 2 of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 30, 2021 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for determination by banks of Ukraine for the minimum extent of market risk" (with changes) to state subitems to No. 162 in the following edition:
"2) as of January 01, on February 01, on March 01 and on April 01, 2024 to perfrom calculation of the minimum extent of market risk in the test mode and till January 22, on February 21, on March 21 and on April 22, 2024 respectively to provide information on results of such calculation through the web portal of the National Bank of Ukraine in the file with indicators of the statistical reporting of 7SX "Data on the Minimum Extent of Market Risk" determined by the regulatory legal act of the National Bank of Ukraine concerning the organization of the statistical reporting which moves in the National Bank of Ukraine;
3) since April 30, 2024 to perfrom calculation of the minimum extent of market risk according to requirements of the Provision and to submit data on the minimum extent of market risk according to the regulatory legal act of the National Bank of Ukraine concerning the organization of the statistical reporting submitted to the National Bank of Ukraine.".
