"13. Projects of regulatory legal acts and regulatory legal acts of obligatory nature are subject to obligatory interdepartmental anti-corruption assessment. The projects of regulatory legal acts and regulatory legal acts of obligatory nature provided to authorized body for conducting the state anti-corruption examination without interdepartmental anti-corruption assessment are not subject to the state anti-corruption examination.".
