1. Recognize invalid:

the order of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation of December 11, 2006 No. 169n "About approval of form of the Book of accounting of the income and expenses of the individual entrepreneurs applying system of the taxation to agricultural producers (unified agricultural tax) and the Procedure for its filling" (registration No. 8778) is registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on January 17, 2007;

the order of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation of December 31, 2008 No. 159n "About modification of appendix No. 2 to the order of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation of December 11, 2006 No. 169n "About approval of form of the Book of accounting of the income and expenses of the individual entrepreneurs applying system of the taxation to agricultural producers (unified agricultural tax) and the Procedure for its filling" (registration No. 13344) is registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on February 16, 2009;
