1. In the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 22, 2012 No. 1075 "About pricing in the field of heat supply" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 44, Art. 6022; 2018, No. 29, Art. 4432; 2019, No. 18, Art. 2250; 2021, No. 49, Art. 8301):
a) to state Item 109 of the Bases of pricing in the field of heat supply approved by the specified resolution in the following edition:
"109. In the absence of technical capability of connection to system of heat supply the connection fee is established in individual procedure.
In case of receipt of the complex request for connection the connection fee is established in individual procedure taking into account the features provided by Items 39 (11) - 39(16) Regulations of the prices (rates).
