About measures for support and increase in efficiency of fish industry

1. Determine that:

since 2020 the tax for use of water resources for the fish farms which are engaged in cultivation of fish in artificial reservoirs is estimated at the rates established for irrigation of farmlands proceeding from the difference in amount taken from water object and the returned water;

the used water resources taken from collector and drainage waters are not the taxation object;

the water amount used for calculation of tax for use of water resources for fish farms and agricultural enterprises is determined by the organizations which are part of the Ministry of water economy proceeding from actually consumed amount;

The ministry of water economy annually in case of establishment of limit of water creates and posts the list of collector and drainage networks which can be used by fish farms on the website;

use of water from collector and drainage networks which fish farms can use is performed with observance of project parameters of collector and drainage networks.

2. To provide to the ministry of water economy:

regular control of the collector and drainage systems suitable for use, level of salinization and quality of water in them, and also placement of this information on the official website;

determination of limits of water intake for the fish farms which are engaged in cultivation of fish in artificial reservoirs taking into account expected and actual water content of sources and plans of water consumption of fish farms;

together with the fish farms which are engaged in cultivation of fish in artificial reservoirs and also the relevant organizations of water supply and Uzbekbaliksanoat Association the annual conclusion of the tripartite agreement no later than January 15 in accordance with the established procedure.
