RESOLUTION OF COUNCIL OF MINISTERS OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

In pursuance of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of May 11, 2023 "About change of the laws" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 268-Z

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in Regulations on the military accounting approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 18, 2003 No. 1662:

to state the paragraph of the seventh of Item 12 in the following edition:

"in case of departure for permanent residence outside the Republic of Belarus and (or) in case of the termination of nationality of the Republic of Belarus to hand over in military commissariat (separate division) or the regional authority keeping military account at the place of residence, the certificate of the recruit (military ID);";

state Items 55 and 56 in the following edition:

"55. Military commissioners of areas (cities) (heads of separate divisions) in case of receipt of the written application from the citizen (request from divisions on nationality and migration of law-enforcement bodies) for permanent residence (registration of permanent residence) outside the Republic of Belarus and (or) about getting out of nationality of the Republic of Belarus make the decision on consent or disagreement on registration of departure for permanent residence (registration of permanent residence) outside the Republic of Belarus on intention of departure and (or) on getting out of nationality of the Republic of Belarus.

56. In case of decision making about consent to registration of departure for permanent residence (registration of permanent residence) outside the Republic of Belarus and (or) on getting out of nationality of the Republic of Belarus the certificate of the recruit (military ID) is withdrawn from the citizen and the reference provided in Item 20.5 of the list of the ministerial procedures performed by state bodies and other organizations for petitions from citizens, No. 200 approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 26, 2010 is issued to it (goes to division on nationality and migration).
