About modification of item 4 of the Regulations on National police
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
Bring in item 4 of the Regulations on National police approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 28, 2015 No. 877 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 89, Art. 2971; 2023, No. 14, Art. 884), such changes:
in subitem 8-1 of the word "pilotless aircrafts and" shall be replaced with words "uses aircrafts and pilotless aircrafts, and also";
add Item with subitems 8-2 and 8-3 of the following content:
"8-2) uses the vehicles moving on water surface or under it including remotely-controlled;
8-3) takes measures for prevention, identification and the termination of violations of procedure and rules of use of airspace of Ukraine by operators of pilotless aircrafts over certain territory or object with the special mode or over the place of implementation of special police control, carrying out transactions on suppression of offense;".
