Article 1. No. 1-3, 15, Art. 16) following changes and amendment:

- state part 1 in the following edition:

"1. The state fee is paid in non-cash form from the account of the payer in national currency through financial credit institutions and other infrastructure for acceptance of cashless payments.";

- to add part 4 after the word "completely" with the words "in non-cash form";
