About introduction of amendments to the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of June 15, 2012 No. 891/5
According to the paragraph of Item 2 of the Section II "Final provisions" of the Law of Ukraine of April 10, 2023 No. 3022-IX "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning simplification of access to free legal aid" I ORDER the fourth:
1. In heading, preamble and Item 1 of the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of June 15, 2012 No. 891/5 "About approval of the Procedure and criteria of attraction of private law by local government bodies of legal entities to provision of free primary legal assistance", the word "legal assistance" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 18, 2012 at No. 987/21299, in all cases shall be replaced with words "legal aid" in the corresponding cases.
2. In heading and the text of the Procedure and criteria of attraction of the private law by local government bodies of legal entities to provision of free primary legal assistance approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of June 15, 2012 No. 891/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 18, 2012 at No. 987/21299 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine from July 20, 2023 No. 2623/5), shall be replaced with words the words "legal assistance" in all cases "legal aid" in the corresponding cases.
3. To management of justice and punitive justice (Oleynik A.) submit this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 03, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
