About introduction of amendments to the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of June 10, 2020 No. 286

According to the paragraph to the fourth Item 9 of the Section H_H "Final and Transitional Provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About electronic communications", the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, and for the purpose of automation and technological support of exchange of electronic data between the State Tax Administration of Ukraine and the State Customs Service of Ukraine within functioning of system of electronic interaction of the state electronic information resources I ORDER:

1. In preamble of the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of June 10, 2020 No. 286 "About approval of the Order of interaction of information systems of the State Tax Administration of Ukraine and the State Customs Service of Ukraine concerning exchange of information, necessary for administration of taxes, charges and other obligatory payments, implementation of control procedures for observance of the tax and customs legislation", the word registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 26, 2020 at No. 593/34876, "information and telecommunication" shall be replaced with words "information and communication".
