1. Bring in the Provision on the organization of asset sale (property) of the liquidated banks approved by the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits against March 24, 2016 No. 388, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 20, 2016 at No. 606/28736 (in edition of the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of May 5, 2017 No. 1872), the following changes:

Item 2 of the Section VI to add 1) with the new offer of the following content: "Application of this or that type of auction (carried out by methods of increase and/or reduction of price and without restriction of the minimum selling price of assets (property)), is determined in the decision of Fund on approval of sales terms of assets (property).";

Item 1 of the Section VII to state 2) in the following edition:

"1. Carrying out open tenderings (auction) is performed based on the agreement signed between the organizer of open tenderings (auction) and Fund taking into account the following principles:

fair competition among participants;

publicity, openness and transparency;

nondiscrimination of participants;

objective and impartial determination of the winner;

prevention of corruption actions and abuses.".
