Some questions of determination of legal regime in temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine

According to articles 3 and 13-1 of the Law of Ukraine "About providing the rights and freedoms of citizens and legal regime in temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Determine that:

the line of contact between temporarily occupied territory and other territory of Ukraine is the conditional line on the Earth's surface which is border between the territories which are temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation included in the list of the territories in which are conducted fighting or temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation, the development of communities and the territories approved by the Ministry (was conducted) (further - the list), and other territory of Ukraine, in the territories adjoining to which conducts fighting;

administrative border between temporarily occupied territory and other territory of Ukraine is the conditional line on the Earth's surface which is border between the territories which are temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation included in the list and other territory of Ukraine, in the territories adjoining to which fighting is not conducted;

the settlements located in the territories of active fighting, the territories of the active fighting in which the state electronic information resources function included in the list, for which date of completion of fighting is not determined belong to settlements on the line of contact;
