1. Take into consideration that for the purpose of development of industries of floriculture and pitomnichestvo in the republic, including adjustments of the cooperation relations with the population in flower cultivation, advanced trainings of specialists of industry, rendering comprehensive assistance to entrepreneurs in implementation of scientific developments in production processes the Association of flower growers is created.

To the Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of investments and foreign trade to give to Association of flower growers direct practical help in the organization of works on:

to increase in interest of subjects of entrepreneurship in floriculture and pitomnichestvo, their training for the purpose of mastering necessary knowledge and skills, including in foreign countries, and also to involvement of qualified specialists from foreign countries to this process;

the organizations of seminars, conferences, fairs and exhibitions in tsvetovodchesky industry, and also to ensuring participation in the fairs and exhibitions held in foreign countries;

to import from the foreign states and localization of export-oriented grades of colors for their cultivation, and also to export of the grown-up flowers.

2. Agree with the offer of the Ministry of Agriculture and Ministry of investments and foreign trade on specialization on floriculture of the Andijan, Izboskansky and Altynkulsky districts of the Andijan region, the Namangan and Davlatabadsky districts of the Namangan region, Zaaminsky and Gallyaaralsky districts of the Jizzakh region.
