1. In preamble of the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of November 06, 2015 No. 1376 "About approval of the Instruction for registration of materials about administrative offenses in police agencies", the word registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 01, 2015 at No. 1496/27941, "legal assistance" shall be replaced with words "legal assistance".
2. Bring in the Instruction for registration of materials about administrative offenses in police agencies, Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of November 06, 2015 No. 1376, of Ukraine registered in the Ministry of Justice on December 01, 2015 at No. 1496/27941, the following changes:
1) in Item 2 of the Section I of the word "legal assistance" shall be replaced with words "legal aid";
