About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the Technological park"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the Technological park" of July 21, 2010 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan 2010, No. 7, the Art. 561) the following changes and amendments:

1. Add Article 1 with paragraphs the fifth, sixth and seventh the following content:

- digital sign (token) - entry in the register of blocks of transactions (blokcheena), other distributed information system which certifies availability at the owner of digital sign (token) of the rights to objects of the civil laws and (or) is digital asset.".

2. In Article 3:
