Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About state registration of real estate and the rights to it" of March 20, 2008 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2008, No. 3, Art. 194; 2013, No. 7, Art. 525; 2018, No. 1, Art. 32; 2019, No. 6, Art. 331; 2020, Art. No. 7-9, 617) following change and amendment:
1. To add part 6 of Article 29 and part 2 of article 35 after the word "introduction" with the words "on the settlement account of registration body".
2." (The receipt on fee of registration body is enclosed to the application)" to exclude from paragraph one of part 1 of Article 32 of the word.
Article 2. Enact this Law in 1 month after its official publication.
