About modification of some Orders of the Government (about privatization of public property)

Based on the article VI of the Law No. 70/2023 on modification of some regulations (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2023, No. 154, the Art. 238) DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 919/2008 about the organization and carrying out commercial and investment tenders for privatization of public property (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, Art. No. 143-144, 924), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) in appendix No. 1:

a) in all text of the word of "Ministry of Economics" shall be replaced with words "The Ministries of Economic Development and digitalizations";

b) add with Item 4-1 of the following content:

"4-1. Persons specified in parts cannot participate in tenders (1) and (2) article 26 of the Law No. 121/2007 on management of public property and its privatization.";

c) add Item 21 with h letter) the following content:

"h) Declaration on the vygodopriobretayushchy owner / выгодоприобретающих owners of the legal entity";

d) add with appendix of the following content:

"Appendix

to Regulations on commercial and investment tenders on privatization of public property
