About modification of the Order of the Government No. 684/2022 about approval of the Regulations on projects of the state capital investments
Based on article 41 of the Law No. 181/2014 on public finance and budget and tax responsibility (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, No. 223 - 230, the Art. 519), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government
1. The order of the Government No. 684/2022 about approval of the Regulations on projects of the state capital investments (2022, No. 326 - 333, the Art. 787) to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with Item 3-1 of the following content:
"3-1. To the Ministry of Finance to develop and approve the Instruction for project evaluation of the state capital investments.".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
