1. In the Resolution of Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova No. 232/2011 on approval of the Instruction on procedure for submission to National Bank of Moldova by exchange currency cashes and hotels of reports electronically (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2011, No. 227-232, of the Art. 2097), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) In formula of adoption of the resolution:

a) "The law on National Bank of Moldova No. 548-XIII of July 21, 1995 to replace the text with the text of "The law on National Bank of Moldova No. 548/1995", and to exclude the words "and amendments";

b) to replace the text of "The law on currency control No. 62-XVI of March 21, 2008" with the text of "The law on currency control No. 62/2008", and to exclude the words "and amendments".

2) In the instruction:

a) in Item 2:

in the subitem a) the words "Information system" shall be replaced with words "component of the Information system", and the word of "which" to replace with the word of "which";
