About modification of article 367 of the Criminal code of Ukraine concerning strengthening of responsibility for office negligence if it entailed death of the person
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
1. Article 367 of the Criminal code of Ukraine (2001, Art. No. 25-26, 131) to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with part three of the following content:
"3. The act provided by part one of this Article if it entailed death of the person, -
it is punished by imprisonment for a period of five up to eight years with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or to be engaged in certain activities for a period of up to three years and with penalty from two thousand to five thousand free minima of the income of citizens or without that".
2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
