About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About providing the rights and freedoms of internally displaced persons" on some questions of providing internally displaced persons with housing for temporary residence
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About providing the rights and freedoms of internally displaced persons" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2015, No. 1, Art. 1; 2016, No. 10, Art. 99; 2018, No. 11, Art. 59) such changes:
1. The ninth articles 11 after paragraph one to add part with the new paragraph of the following content:
"create funds of housing intended for temporary residence of internally displaced persons including by the redemption (acquisition), lease, construction of new housing, reconstruction of houses and hostels, transfer of non-residential premises in housing, transfers of housing to utility or state-owned property, capital repairs of objects of housing stock".
With respect thereto paragraphs two - to consider the thirteenth respectively paragraphs third – the fourteenth.
2. Add the article 20 "Final and Transitional Provisions" with Item 2-1 of the following content:
"2-1. During action of the warlike situation imposed by the Presidential decree of Ukraine "About introduction of martial law in Ukraine" of February 24, 2022 No. 64/2022, the approved Law of Ukraine "About approval of the Presidential decree of Ukraine "About introduction of warlike situation in Ukraine" of February 24, 2022 No. 2102-IX and within six months after its termination or cancellation the categories of internally displaced persons determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine have the right to free temporary residence (in case of payment term-faced costs of utilities) without restriction with the term provided by the paragraph the ninth parts one of article 9 of this Law".
