About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning enhancement of procedure for opening and registration of inheritance

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About notariate" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1993, No. 39, Art. 383 with the following changes):

1) in Article 13-1:

third to state part in the following edition:

"The notary has no right to perform notarial activities outside the notarial district, except substitution of other notaries in the cases provided by this Law";

the fourth to exclude part;

Article 66 to state 2) in the following edition:

"Article 66. Certificate on the right to inheritance and terms of its issue

On the property passing according to the procedure of inheritance to heirs or the state, the notary or in rural settlements - the official of local government body who makes notarial actions grants the certificate on the right to inheritance.

The certificate on the right to inheritance is granted in the place of opening of inheritance, except the cases established by the Civil code of Ukraine.

Issue of the certificate is made in the terms established by the civil legislation of Ukraine";

Part the tenth Article 67 to state 3) in the following edition:

"The certificate on the right to inheritance is granted after the expiration for inheritance acceptance";

Part third of Article 71 to state 4) in the following edition:

"The certificate on the property right to share in common property of spouses in case of the death of one of them is granted by the notary in the place of opening of inheritance, except the cases established by the Civil code of Ukraine".
