ORDER OF THE NATIONAL AGENCY ON PREVENTION OF CORRUPTION OF UKRAINE

of November 13, 2023 No. 256/23

About modification of the Procedure for conducting complete verification of the declaration of person authorized on accomplishment of functions of the state or local self-government

According to Item 5 parts one of Article 12, "About prevention of corruption" ORDER to part three of article 51-1 of the law of Ukraine:

1. Bring in the Procedure for conducting complete verification of the declaration of person authorized on accomplishment of functions of the state or local self-government approved by the order of the National agency concerning prevention of corruption of January 29, 2021 No. 26/21, of the change registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 05, 2021 at No. 158/35780,, having been reworded as follows them which is applied.

2. To submit to management of conducting complete checks this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the vice-chairman of the National agency concerning prevention of corruption Artem SYTNIK.

4. This order becomes effective since December 1, 2023, but not earlier than day of its official publication.
