About introduction of marking of separate types of dairy products means of identification

According to item 4 of article 7 of the Agreement on marking of goods means of identification in the Eurasian Economic Union of February 2, 2018 (further - the Agreement) Council of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. State members of the Eurasian Economic Union (further - state members) independently determine Date of Introduction and procedure for marking by means of identification (further - marking) separate types of dairy products (further - goods) in the territory according to this Decision and notify the Eurasian economic commission on such date not later than 6 months before its approach. At the same time the prohibition on input cannot be introduced into circulation of unmarked goods before the terms established in the inventory, which are subject to marking by means of identification approved by this Decision (further - the list).

2. Determine that:

the goods included in the list are subject to marking;

marking of goods is performed by means of identification which are applied on consumer and group packagings of dairy products and which correspond to the characteristics approved by this Decision;

group packaging of dairy products - the packaging combining certain number of consumer packagings of one goods marked by means of identification which can be also realized to the consumer. Group packaging of dairy products is disbanded in case of withdrawal at least of one commodity unit from it. Consumer packagings are removed from turnover in case of realization of the group packaging combining them along with conclusion from turnover of group packaging;

consumer packaging - packaging, held for sale or primary package of products, implemented together with products;

dairy products in amount of 20 liters both more or weighing 20 kilograms and more in the packaging intended for repeated application (multiturnover packaging) are not subject to marking before its packing in consumer packaging by industrial method;
