Article 1

Article 12 of the Federal Law of May 27, 2003 No. 58-FZ "About system of public service of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2003, No. 22, Art. 2063; 2013, No. 27, Art. 3477; No. 50, the Art. 8766) to add 2022, with Item 1.1 of the following content:

"1.1. The citizen in case of revenues to public service and the government employee in the cases established by the legislation of the Russian Federation represent to state body (body of the public power of the federal territory) of the data and the documents, including the questionnaire necessary for revenues to public service and (or) for its passing.

The government employee reports in state body (body of the public power of the federal territory) in writing about the changes of the data containing in the questionnaire which became to it known.

The questionnaire form, including the list of the data included in it, procedure and terms of their updating are established by the President of the Russian Federation if other is not provided by the Federal constitutional Law or the Federal Law.".
