"9.1. In case of making by the lessee of violation of the law in the field of environmental protection or the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of ensuring sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing of the population when implementing activities for transfer, crushing and sorting of coal in seaport and involvement of the lessee to the administrative responsibility for failure to carry out, repeated within one year, at the scheduled time of the legal instruction of the body exercising the state environmental control (supervision) or the body exercising federal state sanitary and epidemiologic control (supervision) about elimination of such violation in the form of administrative suspension of operations the lease agreement of object or infrastructure facilities of seaport can be terminated ahead of schedule upon the demand of the lessor judicially.
9.2. The claim to the lessee with the requirement about early agreement cancelation of lease of object or infrastructure facilities of seaport for the basis provided by part 9.1 of this Article can be shown by the lessor within one year from expiry date of administrative suspension of operations of the lessee.".
