1) in the Section I:

a) in Item 1 of Article 2.1 of the word "movement, storage, conversion, utilization of biological waste (corpses of the animals and birds, abortirovanny and mortinatus fruits, veterinary seized properties, other waste unsuitable in food to people and on forage animal)" shall be replaced with words "collection, storage, movement, utilization and destruction of biological waste (further - the address with biological waste), including criteria of their reference to categories of biological waste";
