Approve the enclosed changes which are made to Regulations on federal state control (supervision) on road transport, urban land electric transportation and in road economy, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 29, 2021 No. 1043 "About federal state control (supervision) on road transport, urban land electric transportation and in road economy" (The Russian Federation Code, 2021, No. 27, Art. 5421; 2023, No. 2, Art. 514; No. 27, Art. 5045).
2. Determine that provisions of Item 19 of the Regulations on federal state control (supervision) on road transport, urban land electric transportation and in road economy, No. 1043 approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 29, 2021 "About federal state control (supervision) on road transport, urban land electric transportation and in road economy" (in edition of this resolution), regarding reference to group of probability of "3" objects of supervision concerning which 15 and more decisions (resolutions) on appointment administrative punishments for the offenses prescribed by parts 3 and 6 of article 13.19.5 of the Russian Federation Code of Administrative Offences took legal effect within 3 calendar years preceding decision date about reference of activities of controlled person to category of risk are subject to application since March 1, 2025.
