1. In requirements to industrial (industrial) parks and managing companies of industrial (industrial) parks for the purpose of application of the measures of stimulation of activities to them in the field of the industry approved by the specified resolution:
a) in Item 2:
the fifth to add the paragraph with words ", rooms of warehouse appointment";
the paragraph of the seventh after the words "individual entrepreneur" to add with the words "signed the purchase and sale agreement with managing company and (or) leases of objects of industrial infrastructure of the industrial (industrial) park, and (or) their parts, and (or) the parcel of land which is part of the territory of the industrial (industrial) park";
the thirteenth to add the paragraph with the offer of the following content: "In case of availability as a part of the territory of the agro-industrial park of the parcels of land intended for farming removal of the parcels of land constituting the territory of the agro-industrial park to 20 kilometers from each other is allowed;";
b) in Item 3:
