About modification of some Orders of the Government (in the field of the refrigerating equipment working at basis of hydrochlorofluorocarbons and fluorinated greenhouse gases)

Based on Item a) article 7 of the Law No. 43/2023 on the fluorinated greenhouse gases (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2023, Art. No. 113-116, 178) DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 589/2018 about approval of the Regulations on the mechanism of distribution of the annual contingents for import galoidirovannykh hydrochlorofluorocarbons (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 235-244, 647) to make the following changes:

1) in the resolution:

a) in the name and in Item 1 to replace the word "distributions" with the word "allocations", shall be replaced with words the words "galoidirovannykh hydrochlorofluorocarbons" "hydrochlorofluorocarbons and hydrofluorocarbons", and shall be replaced with words words of "the annual contingents" "annual quotas";

b) in Item 2 the text "The Ministry of Agriculture, regional development and the environment" shall be replaced with words "The ministry of the environment";

2) in the Provision:

a) in all text to replace the word "distribution" in any grammatical form with the word "allocation" in the corresponding grammatical form, to replace the words "galoidirovanny hydrochlorofluorocarbons" in any grammatical form, except for Item 22, with the words "hydrochlorofluorocarbons and hydrofluorocarbons" in the corresponding grammatical form, shall be replaced with words the words "annual contingent" in any grammatical form "the annual quota" in the corresponding grammatical form, and to replace the word "contingent" in any grammatical form with the word "quota" in the corresponding grammatical form;

b) in Item 3 "in Item 22" to replace the text with the text "in Items 22 and 22-1";
