About modification of some legal acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan in connection with forming of single system of republican executive bodies

In recent years in our country the large-scale administrative reforms directed to creation of the effective management system which is important condition of creation of New Uzbekistan are realized.

Within administrative reforms of New Uzbekistan the state committees of the Republic of Uzbekistan were transformed to the separate ministries or were part of other ministries. The system of republican executive bodies including the ministries, committees, the agencies and inspections was as a result created.

This Law to the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan makes the changes providing exception of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan of the concept "state committees of the Republic of Uzbekistan".

This Law will serve ensuring realization of the first stage of administrative reforms of New Uzbekistan, and also forming of the single system of republican executive bodies based on the principles of professional management and oriented to result.

To exclude 1) from part three of Article 7 of the word of "the state committees";

2) in Article 11 part two:

to exclude from the paragraph of the third word of "the state committees";

3) in Article 13:

to exclude from the name of the word of "the state committees";

to exclude from part one of the word "state committees";
