About modification of some decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic concerning the jurisdictional state enterprises and organizations of system of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Kyrgyz Republic
For the purpose of optimization of activities of the state companies and organizations of system of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to Article 92 of the Civil code of the Kyrgyz Republic, Articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Remove from maintaining the Kyrgyz national agricultural university of K. I. Scriabin and transfer to the jurisdiction of the Kyrgyz research institution of agriculture under the Ministry of Agriculture of the Kyrgyz Republic:
- state company "The Kyrgyz Experienced and Selection Station on Sugar Beet";
- state company "The Kyrgyz Experimental Station on Cotton Growing of the Kyrgyz Agrarian Academy";
- state company "Burgandinsky Strong Point";
- state company "Seed-growing economy "Zhany-Pakhta".
2. Remove from maintaining the Ministry of Agriculture of the Kyrgyz Republic and transfer to the jurisdiction:
- Department of fishery under the Ministry of Agriculture of the Kyrgyz Republic the state company "Talas Fish Farm";
- The Kyrgyz research institution of agriculture under the Ministry of Agriculture of the Kyrgyz Republic "Naryn Experimental Station of the Kyrgyz Research Institution of Agriculture" organization.
3. Remove from maintaining public administration of Toguz-Torousky district and transfer to the jurisdiction of the Kyrgyz research institution of agriculture under the Ministry of Agriculture of the Kyrgyz Republic organization "Seed-growing economy "Atay".
