In our country for the purpose of settlement of legal and organizational basis of security activities, the relations arising when rendering security services to physical persons and legal entities the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About security activities" in which bases of realization of state policy in the field of security activities and legal status of the subjects performing security activities are fixed is adopted.
At the same time for the purpose of prevention of different interpretation in law-enforcement practice of some concepts of area of security activities there is need of modification of some legal acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
This Law makes the changes providing reduction of some regulations of the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About the state provision of pensions of citizens" and "About National guard of the Republic of Uzbekistan" and also the Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan about the administrative responsibility to compliance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About security activities".
This Law will serve exact and uniform application of concepts of area of security activities.
