Article 1

Bring in Item 1 of part 1 of article 24.1 of the Federal Law of July 24, 2007 No. 209-FZ "About development of small and medium entrepreneurship in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2007, No. 31, Art. 4006; 2019, No. 30, Art. 4147; 2021, No. 27, Art. 5162, 5163; 2022, No. 45, the Art. 7663) of change, having added it with subitems "k" and "l" of the following content:

"j) the persons which were passing military service, service in law-enforcement bodies, the Public fire service, organizations and bodies of criminal executive system, troops of national guard of the Russian Federation, bodies of forced execution of the Russian Federation and participating in special military operation in the territories of Ukraine, the Donetsk People's Republic and the Luhansk People's Republic since February 24, 2022, in the territories of the Zaporizhia region and Kherson region since September 30, 2022 and (or) the carrying-out tasks assigned to them in the specified territories during special military operation;

k) combat veterans;".

This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
