1. Take into consideration that within project implementation "Capital and recovery repair of the Qarshi cascade of pumping points (Phase III)" (further - the Project) works with cost 70, are carried out by one million US dollars, by results of the held tender 34, 6 million US dollars, from them 19, by 82 million US dollars - borrowed funds of the Saudi fund of development, 14, by 78 million US dollars - the credits of Fund of reconstruction and development are saved in total.

2. Approve the offer of the Ministry of water economy, the Ministry of investments, the industry and trade, the Ministry of Economics and finance, and also khokimiyat of the Kashkadarya region on upgrade in addition of 9 pumping aggregates, purchase of 7 brands of the special equipment and 4 dredges for the account 34, of 6 million US dollars saved within the Project.

3. To the ministry of water economy (Sh. Hamrayev) till April 1, 2024 to introduce the draft of the relevant resolution on modification of the feasibility statement on the Project to the Cabinet of Ministers.

4. To the ministry of water economy (Sh. Hamrayev) together with the Ministry of Economics and finance (I. Norkulov), the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services (B. Zakirov) and khokimiyat of the Kashkadarya region (M. Azimov) to take measures on:
