"Article 19.3. Features of application of separate provisions of this Chapter in the territories of the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, the Zaporizhia region and Kherson region
1. Till January 1, 2028 in the territories of the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, the Zaporizhia region and Kherson region provisions of Articles 19, 19.1, 19.2 and parts 3 of article 20 of this Federal Law are not applied.
2. Till January 1, 2028 application of the measures of stimulation of activities in the field of the industry established by the Federal Laws, regulatory legal acts of the President of the Russian Federation, regulatory legal acts of the Government of the Russian Federation to managing company of the industrial (industrial) park located in the territory of the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, the Zaporizhia region or the Kherson region, and the subjects of activities in the field of the industry using the objects of industrial infrastructure which are in structure of such industrial (industrial) park, managing company of the industrial technopark located in the territory of the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, the Zaporizhia region or the Kherson region, and the subjects of activities in the field of the industry using objects of technological infrastructure and industrial infrastructure to the individual entrepreneurs using the objects of technological infrastructure, transport infrastructure and utility infrastructure, the building, structure, the constructions intended for implementation by them of scientific and technical activities, and (or) innovative activities, and (or) activities in the field of information technologies for the purpose of ensuring production of industrial output and (or) removal on the market of new products, technologies and (or) services which are in structure of such technopark in the field of high technologies being in structure of such industrial technopark, managing company of the technopark in the field of high technologies located in the territory of the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, the Zaporizhia region or the Kherson region, and legal entities it is performed on condition of compliance of such industrial (industrial) park, industrial technopark, technopark in the field of high technologies and their managing companies to the requirements established by the Government of the Russian Federation.
3. Till January 1, 2028 application of the measures of stimulation of activities in the field of the industry established by regulatory legal acts of the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, the Zaporizhia region or Kherson region to managing company of the industrial (industrial) park located in the territory of the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, the Zaporizhia region or the Kherson region, and the subjects of activities in the field of the industry using the objects of industrial infrastructure which are in structure of such industrial (industrial) park, managing company of the industrial technopark located in the territory of the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, the Zaporizhia region or the Kherson region, and the subjects of activities in the field of the industry using the objects of technological infrastructure and industrial infrastructure which are in structure of such industrial technopark managing company of the technopark in the field of high technologies located in the territory of the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, the Zaporizhia region or the Kherson region, and legal entities, the individual entrepreneurs using objects of technological infrastructure, transport infrastructure and utility infrastructure, the building, structure, the constructions intended for implementation by them of scientific and technical activities, and (or) innovative activities, and (or) activities in the field of information technologies for the purpose of ensuring production of industrial output and (or) removal on the market of new products, technologies and (or) services which are in structure of such technopark in the field of high technologies it is performed according to the procedure, established by regulatory legal acts according to the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, the Zaporizhia region, the Kherson region, on condition of compliance of such industrial (industrial) park, industrial technopark, technopark in the field of high technologies and their managing companies to the requirements established according to part 2 of this Article and additional requirements in case of their establishment respectively the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, the Zaporizhia region, the Kherson region according to Item 5 of part 1 of article 7 of this Federal Law.
4. Till January 1, 2028 confirmation of conformity of the industrial (industrial) park, industrial technopark, technopark in the field of the high technologies located in the territories of the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, the Zaporizhia region, Kherson region, and their managing companies to the requirements established according to part 2 of this Article is performed according to the procedure, established by the Government of the Russian Federation.".
